यह नोटिस Happyway Nature Wellness Private Limited की ओर से प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है।
कंपनी इसके माध्यम से अपने सभी प्रत्यक्ष विक्रेताओं (Direct Sellers), उपभोक्ताओं, कंपनी के प्रॉस्पेक्टस धारकों तथा कंपनी से जुड़े सभी व्यक्तियों को सूचित एवं सलाह देती है कि—
कंपनी के प्रधान कार्यालय (Head Office) के अतिरिक्त किसी भी व्यक्ति या स्थान को भर्ती (Recruitment) का कोई अधिकार नहीं है।
कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार की नौकरी / भर्ती योजना का समर्थन या प्रचार नहीं करती है।
इसके अतिरिक्त, कंपनी में शामिल होने के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क / जॉइनिंग फीस / रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस नहीं ली जाती है।
यदि कोई व्यक्ति कंपनी के नाम पर नौकरी का प्रस्ताव देता है अथवा किसी भी प्रकार की फीस या भुगतान की मांग करता है, तो कृपया इसकी सूचना तत्काल कंपनी को दें।
कंपनी ऐसे किसी भी फर्जी या अनधिकृत लेन-देन के लिए किसी भी प्रकार से उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी, जो किसी तीसरे व्यक्ति द्वारा किया गया हो।
अतः सभी से अनुरोध है कि ऐसी फर्जी भर्ती और धोखाधड़ी वाले लेन-देन से सतर्क रहें।
कंपनी के प्रबंधन के संज्ञान में ऐसा कोई भी मामला आने पर, संबंधित व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक एवं/या कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

PUBLIC NOTICE
This notice is issued on behalf of Happyway Nature Wellness Private Limited.
The Company hereby advises and informs all its Direct Sellers, Consumers, Prospect Holders, and all persons associated with the Company that:
The Company does not authorize any person or location other than its Head Office to carry out any recruitment activities.
The Company does not support or promote any kind of job, employment, or recruitment scheme.
Further, the Company does not charge any joining fee, registration fee, or any other fee for joining the Company in any capacity.
If any person approaches you with a job offer in the name of the Company and demands any kind of payment or fee, please immediately inform the Company.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any such unauthorized or fraudulent transactions initiated by any third party.
All concerned are therefore advised to remain cautious and beware of fraudulent recruitment and related transactions.
The Company reserves the right to take disciplinary and/or legal action against any such person, as and when such matter comes to the notice of the Company Management.
